i was ordered by the court to do community service. no one i reached out to was willing to allow me to do any type of community service. DYB was able to help me out by offering a form of communication service for me to complete.

DYB has come through time and time again to help me with so many things financially. I couldn’t have done it without their help. Their support has been invaluable, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me.

I’m grateful to have found this organization.God appoints certain people to do his work and I especially feel like non profit organizations are proof of that. Denise Butler has been a proven angel on earth her kindness and compassion has made me believe that good people still exist. I hope that other mothers and families are able to experience the same blessings and overcome obstacles that they may be facing.

I always say god works in mysterious ways. Meeting Denise is a testament of just that. The night I met her was what I thought another regular night at work but in reality god was sending an angel into my life. I am very appreciative and blessed to have people like Denise and DYB to help me in times of struggle or even a crisis. We need more people and organizations like this for our people/community. I am living the life of a transgender woman, and I am currently living in a shelter. I am sooo thankful for DYB helping me with funding, food and clothing at my time of need🙏🏽.
